PAC Knowledge – Evacuation Procedures
September is a great time to refresh your knowledge of PAC evacuation procedures.
Members should know the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, AEDs, and the appropriate emergency telephone numbers. During an evacuation, PAC employees will provide instructions and lead members to the appropriate exits based on their location within the facility.
Always follow PAC procedures and staff instructions during an emergency.

Fit-To-Win Minute – Static Stretching
Static stretching can help improve flexibility and range of motion. Holding a stretch for approximately 30–60 seconds is generally sufficient to improve flexibility.
For long-term benefits, stretching can be incorporated into a regular fitness routine several days per week. Before workouts or competition, members should prioritize an appropriate dynamic warm-up to prepare the muscles for activity.
