WHO CAN JOIN?
All active-duty, reserve military, and DoD civilian personnel in the National Capital Region with Pentagon access are eligible to become members of the PAC at no cost. Contractor employees, technical representatives, and employees of military banking facilities and credit unions who work at the Mark Center and on the Pentagon Reservation full-time in support of the DoD mission are able to purchase a membership. The contractor membership is not intended to authorize participation by routine service, delivery, repair, or other personnel who only possess a government contract. The following fee schedule shows rates for contractor personnel eligible for membership;
Contractor personnel may sign up for Annual or Semi-Annual memberships as well as weekly or monthly periods at a cost of $10.00 per week or $30.00 per month. Personnel on TAD/TDY (with orders) may use the facility at a cost of $10.00 per week or $20.00 per month. If you should PCS or decide to terminate your membership for any reason, the balance of your dues are refundable upon written request. Your membership is valid at the PAC main facility as well as the PAC annexes. The PAC also offers a full membership at no cost to all military and civilian personnel assigned to the Pentagon, Taylor Building, and the Mark Center. Eligibility for this benefit will be determined by providing a Department of Defense (DoD) issued Common Access Card (CAC) provisioned for access to the Pentagon, Taylor Building, and the Mark Center.

Eligible non-members are charged a fee of $4.00 for daily use.
